维保管理：

l 技术支持：理解并严格遵守现场安全规范

l 支持日常保养及处理电梯排除召修故障

l 协助电梯的整改工作

l 内容协作：协助安全和质量部门完成电梯检查，协助销售人员进行工地拜访；

l 报告记录：提交保养/维修报告，并及时上报关键问题。

l 外部沟通：遵守卓越服务政策

l 与客户保持沟通及时解决问题

l 遵守并执行商业道德

现场管理：

l 维修保养：保养计划制定，协调处理召修及维保工作；

l 客户关系：关注客户，及时处理客诉，逐步提升客户满意度；

l 维保效率：理解并严格遵守现场安全规范

l 合理安排维保工作，逐步提升维保团队工作效率

l 审核维保工作，保证保质保量完成任务

l 维保团队的安全、质量、技术等培训支持

l 业务拓展：协助分工业务拓展工作；

l 团队发展：关注维保团队员工技能提升和职业发展。

资质要求：

l 学历：本科及以上学历，机电、机械、自动化及相关专业

l 语言：阅读英文资料，可以用英文简单口语沟通

l 适应性强，有责任心，较强的主动服务意识，擅于沟通和团队合作

l 有较好的抗压能力，能适应全国出差

l 认可奥的斯文化和价值观，符合商业道德行为准则
