WHAT IS OCL SALES TRAINEE PROGRAM?


The Sales Trainee Program is the premier program for developing entry-level talent into future sales & sales management role. This challenging two-year development program offers a core curriculum that fosters the development of sales & commercial skillstechniques that are critical to success in all OCL businesses. You’re expected to be active outside of their main roles by taking part inleading various small projects, committees,other activities. In this role you are expected to leverage your problem-solvingpeople skills to bring solutions both internallyexternally.


Essential Responsibilities :

The Sales Trainee Program is a 2-year rotational salesmanagement training program designed to build future Otis sales & commercial talent. Responsibilities on program can include customer meetings, project management, salesproduct training, preparing quotations & bidding document, inside salessales support.

The program accelerates your learningproductivity by incorporating self-study modules, digital tools, mentored on-the-job training,headquarters sponsored training. You will focus on mastering the skills in Sales while learning the skillscompetencies needed to become successful in our business.

The program consists of a 24 month duration.

Qualifications/Requirements :

· Working toward a Bachelors Degree required

·<1 year related experience

· Geographic mobility

· Travel required

· Demonstrated interest in sales career & results oriented

· Demonstrates a strong interest in the Elevator industry
