协助员工办理签证、工作签与旅行签;
-Recruiting website management.
招聘网站管理;
-Responsible for labor contract management.
劳动合同管理;
-Responsible for personal file management.
个人档案管理;
-Responsible for hiring processleaving process management.
员工入、离职办理;
-Responsible for recruiting related reports..
招聘相关报表;
-SAP/EWAY system maintenance
SAP/WEAY系统维护;
2.Training/培训
-Establishimplement the annual training paln.
建立并组织实施年度培训计划;
-Manage the training costsquality.
管控培训费用和效果;
-Organize the orientation/on-job training.
组织入职培训和在岗培训;
-Manage training records.
管理培训记录;
-Responsible for labor contract management.
劳动合同管理;
-Assit IATF16949 & VDA audit.
协助IATF16949和VDA审核;
-Responsible for training related reports.
培训相关报表。
