岗位职责 / Responsibilities：  

 - 提供产品的售后技术支持与咨询，协助客户解决产品使用中的问题 / Provide post-sales technical supportconsultation for products, assist customers with product usage issues.

 - 处理客户关于硬件产品的投诉、反馈及故障报告，确保客户满意度 / Handle customer complaints, feedback,technical fault reports related to hardware products, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 - 协助完成产品售后服务流程，包括维修、退换和售后跟进 / Assist with after-sales service processes such as repairs, product exchanges,follow-ups.

 - 记录和整理客户售后案例及反馈，编写售后支持报告 / Document customer after-sales casesfeedback, prepare support reports.

 - 维护客户关系，提升产品售后体验与客户忠诚度 / Maintain customer relationshipsenhance their post-sales experience.

职位要求 / Requirements：  

 - 良好的中英文沟通能力，口语流利 / Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken ChineseEnglish.

 - 具备一定的IT基础知识和硬件产品知识优先 / Basic IThardware product knowledge preferred.

 - 工作积极主动，责任心强，善于团队合作 / Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills.

 - 具备良好的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识 / Good communicationcoordination skills, customer-oriented.

 - 实习生可以放宽技术要求，愿意积极学习和成长 / Technical requirements are flexible for interns who are eager to learndevelop.
