Responsibilities:

- 硬件电路设计： 设计电动汽车驱动器的硬件电路，完成硬件电路理论计算，仿真和测试。

- Hardware Circuit Design: Design hardware circuits for electric vehicle drives, including theoretical calculations, simulations,testing。

- 硬件需求分析： 分析和定义硬件设计需求。

- EE requirements Analysis: Analyzedefine hardware design requirements.

- 功率模块设计：参与功率模块设计和功率模块验证测试，设计驱动电路并进行测试和验证。

- Power Module Design: Participate in the designtesting of power modules (e.g., SiC MOSFETs),designvalidate drive circuits.

Qualifications：

- 硕士或以上学历，电力电子专业背景。Proficient in English (both oralwritten), Germany a plus.

- 有电动汽车驱动器、功率模块设计、或硬件电路设计相关课题经验者优先. Experience in electric vehicle drives, power module design,hardware circuit design is preferred.

- 英语读写流利，能够理解相关技术文献和交流。Fluent in readingwriting English, with the ability to understand technical documentscommunicate effectively.

- 积极主动，工作勤奋, 对硬件研发有强烈的兴趣，善于团队合. Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork , strong interest in hardware development.

- 熟悉电力电子硬件电路仿真和设计工具优先（MATLAB，PSPICE，LTspice等）。Familiarity with power electronics hardware circuit simulationdesign tools (e.g., MATLAB, PSPICE, LTspice) is preferred.
