专业背景：理工科，熟悉CAD平面制图（加分）；

• 管培生期间需要学习并且熟悉以下内容

• 熟悉制作产品；

• 维护培训中心的良好工作秩序和环境，管理设备；

• 熟悉操作培训、演示组装工艺，参与技术培训工作；

• 配合技术部对新产品进行工艺性和功能性验证；

• 配合技术部对技术资料进行实践验证；

• 配合质量部对产品的不确定性问题进行工艺与功能验证；

• 参与公司提供的其他培训；

• 完成领导交代的其他工作；
